Rekopol

Green Dot, or Grüne Punkt (in Polish - Zielony Punkt) are the names very well known to consumers all over the world. The Green Dot is a trade mark which for over 10 years appears on products packaging that are bought everyday by us. Annually it is placed on almost 460 billions of products.

Rekopol Recovery Organisation S.A. on the basis of licence agreement with DSD AG and PRO EUROPE owns the exclusive right for granting sub-licences in order to use this trade mark on the territory of Poland. The agreement has been concluded on 8 February 2002.

Rekopol has registered the trade mark Green Dot in Polish Patent Office. The licence includes both the graphic and the writing-graphic forms of trade marks registered in Polish Patent Office under the numbers: R-91492, R-91493 as well as recognized in Poland international registrations of trade marks: IR-0585714, IR-0585713, IR-0579144, IR-0579145, IR-0653450, IR-0653449.
